So Jensen is out there pushing for open-source AI models, signing letters with all the big names. Sounds great. But reading the fine print, it's clear this isn't generosity. They give away the software to drive adoption and monetize the hardware underneath. Open-source models mean more companies building their own stuff, which means more demand for their chips. Smart move. But watching him sell it as some noble cause while locking in more sales feels a bit much.
